In the states, 'electronica' seems to be a generic term for any kind of
electronic music. I hate this word, it's like acoustic music is called
'acoustica' or rock is referred to as 'amplifica'. What the fuck is wrong
with 'techno'? I think of autechre as techno. I will spare you the
multi-paragraph rant on this obscure subject which I would like to write.
